bathroom cleanliness overcrowded pool

the staff was friendly, that was fine.

I was annoyed that the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was lots of dust. also, i found marks on surfaces. we booked partially for the spa and pool, but it was too busy for us to use it.

great location friendly staff comfy bed

this hotel is in a really great location! i walked to the arena very easily. staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room included a big mirror and comfy bed. validation for the nearby parking was great too!

the wifi signal was very weak. i had trouble doing some work online.

clean room decent size awful pressure shampoo absence

the room was clean and of a decent size. leaving bags after check out was helpful so i could explore more.

i found no body wash or shampoo in the bathroom containers upon arrival. the water pressure in the shower was awful, it took a long time to wash off soap.

The check-in process was QUICK! I found the staff very helpful . They always greeted me with a smile. The room offered sufficient space, and I appreciated the cleanliness. The location offered easy access to local amenities.

The bed was too firm, causing some discomfort during the night.

adequate stay overall

car park easy breakfast selection poor internet connection reception area

my room was spacious and clean. breakfast had a decent selection and the buffet was plentiful. the car park opposite was easy to use and cost only £6 for 24 hours. it was good value for money.

the reception area was busy with school kids. they were noisy and sitting around the lift area. internet connection was very poor and the tv didn't work very well.
